The COTA agreement contains the minimum terms and conditions for staff employed by a COTA company. Most companies do exceed these on a number of points. The Agreement is based on a number of headings:
Pensions; Maternity Leave; Paternity Leave; Sick Pay; Training; Medical; Redundancy; Medical Retiral; and Rates of Pay to name but a few.
All our members upon joining receive a copy of the agreement for their information, this is reviewed and revised copies issued annually.
